As well as searching for property for our buying clients, we also search on behalf of clients wishing to rent.  The rental search operates in much the same way as our buying service, and we rely just as much on our network of contacts to find suitable properties.

For professionals on short terms contracts, finding a rental property in another city at short notice can be very stressful.  By instructing us to search on your behalf we can sift through all the properties on the letting market at any given time and present you with the best options to fit your requirements.

Once we have viewed a suitable property we will contact you immediately to discuss the pros and cons, and if necessary, accompany you to view the property.  We can also check the lease arrangements and negotiate with the letting agent to ensure that you are happy with the terms of lease and of course the price.  If, due to time constraints, you are unable to view the property before committing to a lease we are happy to send photographs to you.  We can even organise all the necessary application and referencing documentation on your behalf.
