Since establishing Symington Mackell, we have found that many of our clients have more than one property, particularly those who are based or spend part of their time overseas. The dilemma for these clients is who looks after their property when they are away.

With this in mind we are pleased to offer our clients a comprehensive management package to look after properties during their absence. Clients can select from a range of services based around regular inspections to ensure that the property is secure, wind and watertight and that routine maintenance is carried out on schedule. We also make sure that properties are heated and ventilated properly and that any potential defects are identified and dealt with promptly.
