Search and Acquisition:

• A registration fee is payable on instruction and is deducted from the commission when a property has been found.  Our commission is based on a percentage of the purchase price and is payable once missives have been concluded on the purchase.

Rental Search:

• A registration fee is payable on instruction and then a fee equivalent to one months rent is payable once a lease has been signed.

Investment:

• As for search and acquisition, a registration fee is payable on instruction and is deducted from the commission when a property has been found.  Our commission is based on a percentage of the purchase price and is payable once missives have been concluded on the purchase.

Pre-purchase Inspections:

• We would be pleased to discuss fees for pre-purchase inspections on an individual basis, as fees will differ depending on the extent of the property in question.

Familiarisation Tours:

• Familiarisation tours are charged on an hourly basis which can be advised during initial discussions.

Property Management:

• Please contact us and we would be happy to meet with you to discuss your requirements and provide you with details of our fees.

Out of pocket expenses such as mileage or photo processing may be charged separately and will be confirmed with you prior to our instruction.  Where applicable, VAT is included on all our fees unless you are specifically notified to the contrary beforehand.
